Vintage Rowntree's advertising box
In good condition for its age
Dating from the 1920s
Made from wooden sides and thick card for the top, sides and base
It would have been filled with Rowntree's Gum Pastilles and displayed in the box in the shop
Beautiful paper labels to the front and inside the lid
Blue and white font
There are scuffs and marks due to age and use
The lid is slightly bowed as shown. Not very noticable from the front or when its open
A very rare item indeed
Perfect for a collector or old advertising
