All items are packed using recycled cardboard and bubble wrap. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail or courier. If you are collecting in person from our base in Hertfordshire please arrange within seven days. We are also happy to arrange our own trusted courier who would make his own arrangements with you at an additional fee. Once an item leaves our premises any damage in transit must be taken up with the courier.
